The Egyptian Accreditation Council was Established by Presidential Decree No. 312 for Year 1996 to Become the Only National Body Competent in the Arab Republic of Egypt to Evaluate/Assess and Accredit Conformity Assessment Bodies, which are (Testing Laboratories/ Calibration Laboratories / Inspection Bodies / Certification Bodies of Management Systems / Medical Testing Laboratories / Product Certification Bodies/ Technical Proficiency Testing Service Providers /Proficiency Testing Bodies/ Personal Certification Bodies/ Halal Certification Bodies/ Forensic Laboratories /Biobanks Laboratories).
KAB- Korea Accreditation Board
The Korea Accreditation Board (KAB) was established on September 28, 1995, in accordance with the government’s policy of non-governmental operation for Quality and Environmental Management System certification. As the sole national accreditation body recognized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), formerly known as the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy (MOCIE), KAB operates accreditation programs for management systems certification bodies and personnel certification bodies within the framework of third-party attestation based on international standards.
Don Bosco Technical Institute Shillong
Don Bosco Technical School, Shillong (DBTS),established in 1923, managed by the Salesians of Don Bosco is registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860 (No.SR/SDB-117/73 1973). DBTS is affiliated to the Ministry of Labour, NCVT,Govt. of India (Reg. No. DGET-6(13)/75-TC), for conducting formal ITI courses in nine trades and is a recognised Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under SDIS scheme to conduct Modular Employable Skills (MES) in 30 modules (VTP Reg. No.417020004). We impart technical skills along with sound human formation based on Christian principles and preventive system of Don Bosco.
